All of the condos at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar are beautiful but they come in a range of shapes and sizes with views that vary from uninteresting to breathtaking. Ours is definitively breathtaking.

Because we were early buyers, we were able to select a condo with one of the most stunning ocean views, an exceptional 7th floor location in the highly desirable front building where the views are the most expansive and panoramic. We can watch the waves roll in plus we can see up and down the beach in both directions because there are no other buildings partially or completely obscuring our view.

Casa d'Arte has one of only 4 large covered terazzas in the complex, about 500 square feet. It is comfortably furnished for elegant outdoor living complete with dining and sitting areas, hammocks, tropical plants, and plenty of open space.

At almost 1900 square feet, Casa d'Arte is one of the most spacious condos in the Casa Que Ve Al Mar complex. Both bedrooms are more than large enough to comfortably accomodate couples and were designed to convey the unique aesthetic sensibilities of the owners.

Because Casa'd'Arte was built as a personal residence, there are many exceptional touches not seen seen in traditional rental condos. Casa d'Arte is the only condo with an indoor fountain! We are also especially fond of our two crocodiles in the hand laid pullido floors.

Casa d'Arte has both fans and AC in all rooms except the terazza.

Above all, Casa d'Arte is totally unique because it was designed to inspire, created out of love and with the understanding that even the tiniest details are important to making our condo as beautiful as the natural magnificence viewed right from our terraza and almost every room in the condo.
