Rate & Accomodation Information

high season: $255 USD/night

November 15 - April 30 excluding holidays

holidays: $345 USD/night

10 days before Christmas through 10 days after the New Year and President's Day week

green season: $135 USD/night for 2 people
$155 USD/night for 4 people

May 1 - November 14

Prices do not include 17% Mexican IVA tax.

*Monthly rentals during green season are welcome. Inquire for special rates.
**$250 security deposit which will be refunded within 10 days of departure.


Reservations & Confirmations

50% deposit is due within 6 days of book to hold the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

Reservations made less than 45 days before arrival require full payment. Rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made. Prices on this website are up-to-date but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of prices on other websites that are linked to us.

Payment Procedures

Payment can be made by personal check, direct deposit or via credit card using Paypal. A 3% surcharge is added to Paypal payments. Please contact us for our account and mailing information.

Rental Policies

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday but we do make exceptions for guests staying longer than 14 days, as availability permits especially during green season. Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is 11 PM. For late day departures, luggage can be securely stored after check-out while you enjoy the pools and other common areas until flight time.

Please note that Casa d'Arte is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Also, smoking is permitted only on the terazza and other outdoor areas.

Cancellations

For non-holiday rental cancellations made at least 60 days in advance of arrival date, the initial payment of 50% will be refunded less 10% of the total contract price IF the unit can be re-rented at the same price.

If the unit can be re-rented at a lower rate, the difference will be withheld. For this reason, we suggest you purchase trip insurance from your travel agent.

No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 30 days in advance.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR HOLIDAY RENTALS!
Early departure for any reason does not warrant any refund.

Additional Lodging

We will happily assist groups in finding additional accomodations within the Casa Que Ve Al Mar condominium complex.
